Everything Included in Your Membership

From coached CrossFit classes and HWPO programming to sauna, ice plunge, InBody scanning, and nutritional guidance, here is what training at CrossFit PCR in Ellicott City actually includes.

CrossFit Classes

Every class at CrossFit PCR follows HWPO programming, so there is always a clear plan when you walk in. A coach leads the session from warm-up through the workout, explains the movements, and keeps an eye on how you are moving. Classes run in a group setting, which means you are training alongside people who show up regularly and push each other without it feeling competitive.

The Garage – 24 hour access

The Garage gives members around-the-clock access to the training space at CrossFit PCR. If your schedule doesn’t line up with class times, you can still get your training in on your own terms. It’s a practical option for members who want the structure of a good program but need the flexibility to train early, late, or on weekends without waiting for a class to open up.

24-hour access also includes use of the sauna and cold plunge. For current members, access to The Garage is an additional $25 per month. For those who aren’t members of CrossFit PCR, The Garage is also available as a separate $25-per-week membership, which provides access to the training space and recovery amenities but does not include coaching or classes.

Sauna – The Garage

The sauna is located inside The Garage and is available to members as part of their regular access. Heat exposure after training supports muscle recovery and helps the body wind down after hard effort. Whether you use it after a class or a solo session, it is a straightforward way to build recovery into your routine without needing a separate membership or appointment.

Ice plunge – The Garage

The ice plunge sits alongside the sauna in The Garage, making contrast therapy easy to work into your post-training routine. Cold water immersion helps reduce inflammation and speeds up recovery between sessions. Pairing it with the sauna gives you a complete recovery protocol that most gyms charge extra for. At CrossFit PCR, it is simply part of what is available to you.

InBody scanner – Free to all members

The InBody scanner gives you an objective look at your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and hydration levels. It takes a few minutes and produces data you can actually use to track how your training and nutrition are working over time. Scans are included at no extra cost for all members at CrossFit PCR, so you can check in regularly without it feeling like an upsell.

Nutritional guidance – Free to all members

Nutrition is part of how you train, not separate from it. CrossFit PCR provides basic nutritional guidance to all members at no additional charge. This is not a rigid meal plan or a sales pitch for supplements. It is practical support to help you eat in a way that holds up your training and fits into a long-term approach to health, which is what this gym is built around.

HWPO Programming

HWPO, which stands for Hard Work Pays Off, is the programming framework used across all classes at CrossFit PCR. It is a structured, tested approach to training that builds strength and conditioning progressively over time. Having a proven program behind every session means coaches can focus on delivery and members can focus on the work, knowing the plan is sound and built for the long haul.
