I have been an athlete all my life, specifically baseball. I was lucky enough to get a free college education and some amazing summer experiences up North for my skills. After college, I found myself wrapped up in less-than-healthy activities and tipping the scale in the upper 280s. A friend introduced me to CrossFit and the rest is history. It’s been nearly 10 years of helping others understand their bodies, learn about their strengths, and overcome personal fears.

I met my wife in a CrossFit gym 8 years ago and since then, the Lord has blessed us with three beautiful little girls. I love the way our gym feels like a family. Workouts can be tough, but knowing you’re never doing them alone makes it so much easier.

I enjoy coaching because I love seeing growth in others. Being able to witness an athlete do something they never thought possible, whether it’s a PR lift a new skill, or a weight loss goal, it’s an amazing experience every time.
